We Are One presents Survival Stories, a play about African-American women surviving breast cancer.  This performance was developed to accompany the efforts of Sisters Network, Inc., a breast cancer awareness organization for women of color.

By collecting and retelling the experiences of women as they discover and navigate various aspects of carrying this disease, we utilize theater as a medium to encourage awareness in those who are disproportionately affected by it.
